This Commercial License (“License”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and World Crafter Studios (“Licensor”) for the products, digital assets, or content (“Products”) purchased or downloaded from Licensor. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Products, Licensee agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Products for the following purposes:
- Incorporation of the Products in commercial and non-commercial projects, such as games, videos, applications, and other media, provided the Product is combined with other assets and not distributed on its own in original or modified form.
- Creation of derivative works, modifications, or customizations of the Product for use within Licensee’s projects.
2. Restrictions
Licensee agrees not to:
- Resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the Product available in its original or modified form as a stand-alone item, except as part of a larger project or product.
- Use the Product in any manner that competes with Licensor’s original intent, including but not limited to selling or distributing the Product as part of another asset pack or through online marketplaces.
- Share or distribute access to the Product outside of their project in a form that allows it to be extracted, reused, or distributed by third parties.
3. Permitted Users
This License is granted to a single user or entity. Licensee may install and use the Products on multiple devices as long as they are controlled solely by Licensee.
4. Ownership
Licensor retains all intellectual property rights to the Products. This License grants only the rights specified herein, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Licensor.
5. Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but not required. However, when feasible, a mention of World Crafter Studios in project credits or acknowledgments is encouraged.
6. Termination
This License is valid until terminated. Licensor may terminate this License if Licensee violates any terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies in their possession.
7. Limitation of Liability
Products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Licensor is not liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Licensee’s use or inability to use the Products.
8. Updates and Modifications
Licensor reserves the right to update or modify this License for future releases of Products. Such updates or modifications will not affect the current License terms for previously purchased or downloaded Products.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Products from World Crafter Studios, Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this License and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
